PROactive Health & Wellness strives to ensure the scooter you purchase will meet your needs by working with you to identify a suitable machine before you finalize your purchase. After receiving your scooter, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery in which to return your scooter for a refund. We will refund the purchase price of your scooter less restocking and cleaning fees. Scooters with LCD odometers, damage or alterations/customization are excluded from this offer.
