Refunds policy for new powerchair.
PROactive Health & Wellness strives to ensure the powerchair you purchase will meet your needs by working with you to identify a suitable machine before you finalize your purchase. After receiving your powerchair, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery in which to return the powerchair for a refund. We will refund the purchase price of the powerchair less restocking and cleaning fees. Powerchairs with damage or alterations/customization are excluded from this offer.
