Sometimes equipment needs maintenance or repair.  These are not "nice-to-haves" and are essential to your independence and vibrant living.  When your mobility solution is not working properly, you are stuck.  Our service department is deeply committed to getting you moving again!  Our mobile repair shop will come to you and our technicians will do everything they can to complete the repair on-site and get you moving again.  If the repair cannot be completed on-site, our technician will talk with you about available courtesy device options for you to use while we complete the repairs. Virtual appointments are available in certian circumstances.

Depending on your needs and the package you select, our technician will schedule regular service appointments for your equipment.  You will receive an inspection report identifying anything that requires urgent attention and anything that may cause you problems in the future, catching issues before they become a problem and leave you stranded.
